Fair-housing group accuses bank of discrimination

(RECAP: A national fair-housing group is accusing a big commercial bank of racial discrimination in its maintenance and marketing of hundreds of foreclosed homes, including some in Hampton Roads. The complaint, originally filed in April 2012, was amended Tuesday to include Hampton Roads. The complaint now encompasses more than 350 foreclosed properties in 35 cities, including nine in Hampton, Norfolk and Portsmouth. U.S. Bank denies the allegations.)
